FAQs
Visit the individual fairs for details on ticketing. We recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance of your visit for the best rate, but you can also buy tickets at the box office when you arrive. Every fair offers a concession rate and children up to 16 years of age are free but must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Your ticket will have a QR code which we will scan when you arrive. Please note, tickets are always non-refundable.
Yes! Every artwork at an Affordable Art Fair is available to buy. Transparency is important to us and so the prices are shown next to each work of art. Our goal is to provide you with a deeper understanding of the contemporary art market so don’t hesitate to ask the gallerists lots of questions! We want everyone to experience the joy of collecting art. Some fairs and galleries even offer payment plans. Find out more about buying art in instalments.
Yes, absolutely! Each fair has a free wrapping station to protect your artwork on the way home. We can also arrange delivery with our shipping service, so the artwork will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
Yes, we create a fair guide or map for each fair which can be downloaded from our website beforehand so you can plan your visit. Most fairs also have printed versions available to pick up when you arrive.
All Affordable Art Fair events are photographed and filmed. This helps us inspire future visitors to discover the joy of collecting art. Read our photography and filming guidelines for more information.
No problem! Get in touch via our Contact Us form and provide as many details as possible. Tell us which fair you visited and try to describe the colour, size, style (e.g. abstract, still life), medium (e.g. painting, photography, sculpture) of the artwork. If you can remember the name of the gallery or artist, that’s a great help! Even an approximate stand location can help narrow it down.
