For this week’s #workinprogress, we’re in the studio with Craig Keenan, a cyanotype printmaker represented by Art Friend @everyonesartfriend. His work blends photography, painting, and printmaking, resulting in rich blue, dreamlike pieces inspired by nature with a surreal twist.

We’re excited to welcome Daniel Crawshaw, a brand new artist at this year’s Affordable Art Fair Battersea, 16 - 20 October!
Daniel’s stunning work captures the beauty and drama of nature, inspired by solo adventures in Snowdonia, the Pyrenees, and the Blue Mountains. His ‘Cloudwatching’ series, born during lockdown, reflects his shift in focus from mountains to the ever-changing sky. While his pieces may seem photo-realistic at first, a closer look reveals their painterly, abstract qualities.
As autumn settles over London, this piece, ‘VII,’ feels especially fitting… 🍂

Based in Dorset, Ellie has spent the past seven years working in the woods and forests of Southern England, creating images that explore the deep, complex bond between people and the natural world. Through her dreamlike landscapes, she invites us to explore the delicate line between reality and fantasy, encouraging us to pause and reconsider our connection to nature. Are we seeing the landscape as it truly is, or through the lens of our cultural heritage and personal experiences?
