In honor of International Women`s Day last week, our Fair Director @boltonblythe was invited by @rademakersgallery to their annual Ladies` Lunch. 🧡
The afternoon was filled with laughter, delicious food, meaningful connections with 20 other like-minded women. Artists @dclschneider and @beppekessler also gave inspiring talks, offering a glimpse into their creative processes.

Fascinated by cartoon characters, visual imagery and erotica, artist and designer Bas Kosters creates a world inhabited by radiant, alarming and endearing figures.
Bas, represented by Wanrooij Gallery on the Affordable Art Fair Amsterdam 2024, is especially passionate about textile and graphic art. In his work, he implements these mediums to explore personal and societal themes.

In her latest series of woodcuts, Eline Brontsema captures the essence of Berlin’s public swimming pools. Over two years, she visited these pools repeatedly, immersing herself in the city`s aquatic heritage. Berlin is home to one of Europe’s most impressive collections of swimming facilities, with more than 60 pools today.
Together, these pools represent a fascinating variety of architectural styles and purposes, reflecting different eras and societal needs.
Visit Galerie Mokum to see Eline`s solo exhibition `Berlin Public Pools,` on view until 15 March.

Looking back at Juan Escudero`s etchings in Envie d`Art`s stand during Affordable Art Fair Amsterdam 2024,.
Artist Juan Escudero states: "The basic idea for drawing is not to represent something but to activate a process. A drawing is like a musical improvisation, an automatic writing, clear traffic for the present without correcting anything. Then the stamping processes would be the movement, the dynamic time that crosses the plate with its wealth of life."
