Explore the world of Estelle Graf, with her comical illustrations and quirky characters! This is your chance to have some creative fun while enjoying a drink. “There is something comical about the whole phenomenon of being human. The preconceived methods we have developed to hide our instincts and heritage are in a way both moving and strange. It is funny to think that we are all just pigs and frogs that have developed sophisticated manners” says Estelle.
Estelle began her career as Art Director in Paris. Today she lives and works in Stockholm and her artwork has been exhibited and sold internationally in cities such as Berlin, Paris and New York and presented in the magazine Harper’s Bazaar, among others. In 2019 she published her first book “Tryckt Stämning” – a satirical depiction of people’s inner dialogues, expressed in figurative or abstract style.
Find her works at the fair at WAY gallery STHLM at Stand D8.
When? Thursday, 18:30 – 19:10
Join one of our workshops and start creating with your kids!
Whether you want to have a go at painting, doodling, colouring or sketching, you can find your inner artist with one of our sessions, tailored for kids but super fun for adults too.
The workshop is hosted in partnership with Änglavakt, a Stockholm-based nanny agency that focuses on the unique and enriching relationship between child and nanny, making every session creative, fun and memorable.
All kids must be accompanied by an adult while at the workshop.
When? Friday, 11:00 – 17:00 | Saturday, 12:00 – 14.00 & 16:00 – 19:00 | Sunday, 11:00 – 17:00
Mostly known as an actress and presenter, Birgitte Söndergaard is also a prolific artist; her paintings are often expressive, bold and full of colour. She paints in several techniques such as oil, pastel and watercolour, as well as working with sculpture and installation art.
During this session, Birgitte will talk about her methods and process in a conversation with fellow artist, actor and author Henry Bronnett.
Have a drink and try your hand at painting as you learn about different styles and techniques.
You can find Birgitte Söndergaard and Henry Bronett’s works at Couleur Konsthandel at stand C9.
