The Germany Fair Team
Get to know the hard-working team behind the expert planning and creative direction of our art fairs in Hamburg and Berlin, who work tirelessly to bring a unique, refined style of Affordable Art Fair to their respective cities.

During the full-packed Opening Night of our first Affordable Art Fair Berlin in April 2024, which the Germany Fair team is incredibly proud of.

Fair Director
Oliver Lähndorf has been with the Affordable Art Fair since July 2011, building with his team the first Hamburg edition back then. Holding an MA in Cultural Management, Oliver leverages his expertise to direct the Hamburg and Berlin fairs, guiding them into future-oriented hubs of creativity and innovation. His aim lies in democratizing the art world, reducing barriers, and encouraging more people to buy art: “I’m organizing cultural events for 90% of the people; the other 10% will find their way anyway.”

Fair Manager
With a love for art and culture, Hannah studied Cultural Science and Art History in Lüneburg, Hamburg, and Santiago de Chile, gaining valuable experience in scientific research and exhibition curation. She joined the Hamburg team as Fair Manager in 2020, and was part of the team building the new Affordable Art Fair Berlin in 2024. With her extensive knowledge she is responsible for the content of the fairs and curation projects, such as the Emerging Artists exhibition. Hannah is the social and engaging main contact for the galleries and always comes around with new ideas.

Operations Manager
Ines first supported the Hamburg Fair team in 2018 and has returned annually ever since. After completing her studies in Cultural Sciences & Organization and traveling the world, she fully joined the team in 2023. With a deep passion for events, festivals, art, and culture, Ines seamlessly integrates these elements in her role as Fair Coordinator. She oversees all production matters with a keen eye and ensures the fair assistants team on site operates smoothly – being the reliable woman in charge you can always count on.

Marketing Manager
Paula joined the Germany team in 2024 as a Marketing Coordinator, after first collaborating with the fair’s PR team in 2023. With a degree in Art History from Hamburg and a deep passion for abstract art and photography, Paula has always sought to combine her love for art with her interest in social media and PR – and she finally found a way! Her diverse interests bring a fresh and innovative approach to promoting the fair.

Financial Controller – EU
Jamie is a Chartered Accountant with a background in auditing firms in the media and entertainment industry. In his role, Jamie is able to combine his professional skills with his passion for the arts and creative industries. When not navigating Excel spreadsheets, Jamie loves to travel and discover hidden gems as well trying out new hobbies – from learning languages (such as German and Mandarin Chinese) to trying out niche sports.
