Flying Colours Gallery was established in Edinburgh in 1986 with a mission to showcase contemporary Scottish artists. Originally focussing on the newly graduated and emerging, the gallery soon began showing more established painters and increased their exposure through participation in art fairs outside Scotland and beyond.
Moving to Chelsea in London in 1995, the gallery continued to expand its client base and broaden the range of artists represented, now encompassing photographers and sculptors as well as painters in mixed media, acrylic and oil.
Flying Colours Gallery still shows many of the original Scottish artists and also offers art consultancy services, with a special expertise in art placement in a wide variety of situations.
