Based in Hong Kong, Artaflo Collective is a gallery that believes art should be celebrated in all its manifestations. The range of artistic styles all across the world is nearly infinite, but what never changes is the way in which a good artist can touch an individual’s spirit. They hope to connect people to pieces that they believe in, and inspire passion in the fluid beauty of art. Florence Kung, founder of Artaflo Collective, is an entrepreneurial businesswoman who spent more than twenty years travelling the globe for work. She experienced different forms of beauty and art in all corners of the world, and began bringing them back to Hong Kong to share with others. Artaflo Collective grew to become a unique gallery, carefully curating from countries ranging from China to Thailand, to Brazil and Côte d’Ivoire. Artaflo features both contemporary paintings and rare items that would not be seen in more traditional collections, such as rock art, fossils, corals, and more. Passion was what drove the twenty years of travel and collecting, leading to Artaflo Collective becoming a place for everyone – both those who wish to broaden their understanding of art, and those who are new to the scene. To Artaflo, art is not only a trade, but a language enabling those with like minds, who see beauty in every form and culture, to come together.
