Erin Schuppert is our New York Fair Director, who joined us in 2022, bringing with her heaps of experience in operational strategy and a passion for accessible art. She’s held positions spanning various strands of the art industry, and we’re so excited by what she brings to the New York edition. Over to Erin!
This Fall, we are thrilled to welcome you to the 34th edition of Affordable Art Fair NYC! Our expert team has curated a selection of 75 local, national, and international exhibitors. With over 400 artists offering thousands of works priced between $100 and $12,000, there is something to suit every taste and budget.
Upon entry, our guests will be immediately greeted by the Young Talent Exhibition, a fan-favorite feature, curated by Arts Gowanus Director, Johnny Thornton. This edition will feature the works of Tiané Goines and Kathryn Godoy.
As the journey continues inside the fair, you will find fresh photography, vibrant abstraction, crisp illustration and sculpture.
The fair’s Fellowship Program, which was piloted at the Fall 2022 edition, will also continue its support of Brooklyn’s Established Gallery. This program is poised to grow over the next fair editions, welcoming a second and ultimately third Fellowship gallery participant by spring of 2024. Established Gallery’s cutting-edge local artists are not to be missed.
Of course, we know art is best enjoyed with friends and a drink in hand, so join us for the Private View on opening night or Thursday’s Art After Dark to experience the buzzy atmosphere of our evening events. Or, for the little art lovers, we also invite families to Stroller Hours for fun with arts and crafts Saturday morning. No matter what your vibe, Affordable Art Fair NYC is a place where everyone can discover the joy of collecting art.
