Do kids under 16 need a ticket?
No, children 16 and younger do not need a ticket to enter, but they must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
Can I buy a concession ticket?
Yes, there are concession tickets available for students and people over 65 years old. Please bring proof of concession status with you to the fair.
Can I buy a ticket in person on the day?
Yes, you can purchase tickets from the Box Office on the day.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No, unfortunately tickets to the fair are not refundable.
Help, I’ve lost my ticket
Search your inbox for an email from “Eventbrite” with a PDF attachment – don’t forget to check your junk folder. Please contact Eventbrite customer services if you are unable to locate your ticket. You don’t have to print your tickets, just show us on your smartphone.

Is Affordable Art Fair fully accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Affordable Art Fair New York is fully accessible for to people with reduced mobility. We also have a wheelchair available on-site.
Will there be a cloakroom to store baggage, coats etc at the fair?
No, there is no cloakroom on-site.
Is there catering at the fair?
Yes absolutely, we have a full cafe and a grab-and-go stand on-site with lots of delicious options so you can refresh and refuel at the fair.
Will you have wifi on-site?
No, there is no wifi available.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, as always strollers are welcome. We even have dedicated Stroller Hours – more information and tickets will be available nearer the time.
Will fair guides and maps be available?
Yes, there will be a digital fair guide and map available to scan on-site.
Will the restrooms be open?
Yes, our restrooms will be open.

Does the fair offer a wrapping service for purchased artworks?
Yes, we have a free on-site wrapping service for all your purchased artworks.
Are dogs allowed at the fair?
The Metropolitan Pavilion has a “no paws on the floor” policy, so we are happy to welcome your small furry friends in bags, backpacks, or warm embraces.
Will I be photographed or filmed during my visit?
Photography or filming takes place at all Affordable Art Fair events. It is common practice and helps us to inspire future visitors to discover the joy of collecting art. Read our Photography and Filming policy for more information.
I saw a piece of art / an artist I liked at the fair, how can I find out who it / they were?
Fantastic! Please send us an email and tell us as much detail as you can – if possible, describe the artwork colour, size, style (e.g. abstract, still life), medium (e.g. painting, photograph, sculpture), gallery name or the approximate location of the gallery. If you have a photo of the artwork please attach it to the email as this will speed up the process.
