  • This prize draw is run by Affordable Art Fair on behalf of Lead Partner JM Finn and THE PIG Hotels. Employees of Affordable Art Fair, JM Finn and THE PIG are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Entrants in the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over at time of entry. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw which will close at midnight 5 November 2025 and a winner contacted by 14 November 2025. Entries received after midnight on 5 November 2025 will not be entered into the prize draw.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Prize:
    The prize bundle includes the following (collectively, the “Prize”):

    • The stay is valid for THE PIG, THE PIG- near Bath, THE PIG- at Combe, THE PIG- at Harlyn Bay, THE PIG- in the Cotswolds, THE PIG- on the beach, THE PIG- at Bridge Place and THE PIG- in the South Downs and can be booked Sunday-Thursday and must be redeemed before 01 June 2026 (excluding week commencing 22 December 2025 – Monday 5 January 2026, and Bank and Public Holidays).
    • The Prize includes a one-night stay, including breakfast, dinner as well as a bottle of English Fizz which will be included in the room on arrival.
    • Drinks, food, treatments and transport outside of the outlined prizes are not included.
    • No part of the Prize can be exchanged for cash, or a prize of equal value including cash alternatives.
    • The Prize is as stated and is non-transferable.
    • Entrants must be 18+ years of age and a UK resident to enter, excluding employees of the promoters or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
    • The Prize cannot be transferred to another person.
    • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the Prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.
  • Affordable Art Fair, JM Finn and THE PIG accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. The prize is non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • Only one entry will be counted per person. There will be only one winner.
