Opening Night Celebration
Our Opening Night will commence with interactive means to challenge art concepts with the public and break free from established aesthetic norms: What exactly is art? Who gets to define the value of art?
“WHY PLASTIC, WHY ART” artist sharing (May 16, 6pm)
Curated by City Magazine, our opening night will commence with an art talk featuring Alex Cheng and Yuman Ng (Wonderwall Magazine), and Ben Wong, Editor-in-Chief of City Magazine.
“SO PLASTIC, SO ART” silent auction (May 16-19)
4 handpicked artists will be presenting an array of artworks using the most common and cheapest material in modern society, plastic. The programme invites the public’s participation in defining the value of art, and what comes within its monetary value.
Chrysalis live performance
Crafted from the riveting dreams and personal battle with severe anxiety disorder, Chrysalis is an intimate rendition of the artist Susana Sanroman’s severe anxiety disorder for five years.
Evoking, unravelling, powerful, the performance aims to give meaning to the distorted sensations that someone can experience during their struggle through mental illness, and the performer’s need for change and rebirth.
Performance will take place at Siger Gallery, B13.

Entrance Piece: Envisage
A 3D rendition of Keith Ancog’s Envisage, this entrance piece uses an array of fabrics in diverse colours and textures, emulating the artist’s fluid brushstrokes, layering them to evoke depth and dimension. The work will warmly welcome visitors into the fair, transforming the entrance with creativity, positivity and inspiration.
Season’s Change
Ewan David Eason’s installation studies the colours, patterns, and stages of growth within the life cycle of trees, throughout the ever-changing four seasons. Walk through Eason’s life-sized tree placed at the fair, upon which hundreds of Eason’s lenticular leaves will hang, evoking the changing of seasons before the visitor’s eyes as they walk around the installation.

Chicanos Sin City
A prolific artist from Algeria but based in Hong Kong, Ceet’s chicken presence is well known internationally and has worked alongside recognised brands including Prada, Loewe, Fila, Mcdonalds, and Adidas. Ceet’s chicken characters embody deep emotions, challenging conformity while stressing on individuality and going against the grain.
Ceet will be living painting his iconic Chicanos at the Fair Café.
Eco Post Paradise Project
Korean artist Chanboo Jung reimagines single-use plastic straws as art to reflect on their environmental impact. Chanboo transforms discarded straws into creative installations, echoing the lifecycle of seeds growing into forests, aiming to communicate the paradoxical challenge between natural and man-made objects.
Young Talent
The “Landscape Mindscape” exhibition has three distinct spaces: the royal azure room, the rust-red room, and the timeless white room.
