Emy Thiran, an artist, educator, and art writer from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, blends her love for nature and everyday beauty into her multifaceted career. She holds a BFA from the University of Bridgeport (USA), a Master of Art from the University of Malaya, and a PhD in Art History from the University of Sains Malaysia. Thiran teaches design, visual art studies, and art history at various universities, freelances as a graphic designer, and authored "Living Art: The Inspired Lives of 14 Malaysian Artists & their Art Practice" (Areca Books, 2020). Her art, inspired by personal experiences and reflections on people and places, captures everyday life through abstract forms, aiming to evoke gratitude, encourage reflection, and inspire joy. 💖⁠

Lisa Wong Soo Kuan, a Malaysian artist and alumna of the California College of the Arts with a Bachelor`s in Fine Arts in Illustration, has a unique talent for transforming everyday objects into imaginative art. Her artworks, which draw from familiar objects in her everyday environment, depict a world where mundane items transcend their ordinary forms, inviting viewers into a realm of creativity and imagination. 🦋⁠

Her works have won numerous local and international awards, and her short films have been featured in many international film festivals.
