Terms and Conditions

The name of the promotion is the Affordable Art Fair Vienna 2026 Art Buyer Competition (“the Promotion”).

The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion, together with any additional participation instructions stated elsewhere on the website (“the Website”). In the event of any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall take precedence. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

By entering the Promotion, you consent to the organiser contacting you in connection with the competition and any prize you may win. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the organiser using the details provided below.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected in accordance with the procedure described below.

The prizes will be sent or arranged with the winners within 14 days of prize confirmation.

All personal data submitted, including your email address and uploaded images, will be securely processed by the organiser and, where applicable, commissioned third parties in accordance with the organiser’s Privacy Policy.

The competition is open to all persons aged 18 years or over who purchased an artwork at Affordable Art Fair Vienna 2026. Employees of the organiser, its agents, partners involved in the Promotion, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

The closing date for entries is 20 July 2026 at 11:59pm (CEST).

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the online form and upload a photograph of an artwork purchased at Affordable Art Fair Vienna 2026. By entering, participants confirm that they own the rights to the submitted image and grant Affordable Art Fair Vienna permission to use the image for marketing and promotional purposes across digital and print channels, with credit where appropriate.

The four winners will be selected at random using a computer-based process or under the supervision of an independent person.

Participation does not guarantee a prize.

There are four prizes:

• One pool day for two at The Hoxton Vienna rooftop pool, including pool access and a €100 food & drink credit.
• One €100 art voucher for Kunstfabrik Vienna.
• One 2-ticket package for mumok Vienna.
• One pair of Vernissage tickets for Affordable Art Fair Vienna 2027, including one glass of Prosecco per person.

The prizes are provided by Affordable Art Fair Vienna and its partners. The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The organiser reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion at any time if necessary. The organiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or technical failures affecting participation.

To the extent permitted by law, the organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising in connection with the Promotion or use of the prizes, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

The organiser’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final. No correspondence or legal recourse will be entered into.
