SHIPPING INFORMATION

Who is responsible for delivering my artwork?
We work with partner galleries who are responsible for shipping your artwork to you. Our partner galleries work with a range of couriers, selecting the service best suited to your artwork and shipping destination.

Why does the gallery need to confirm my order?
Once you've placed your order, the gallery has 5 business days to confirm that the artwork is available and dispatch it. This is to ensure that you are not charged in full before the gallery confirms they have the artwork available. In most cases, this step proceeds quickly and the artwork is dispatched quickly.

Sometimes, there are cases where the order may be rejected or delayed. This may be because the artwork has been sold in the gallery or at an art fair a few days prior to your order; the artwork may be being exhibited at a fair; or the gallery may be unavailable due to a business trip, holidays, and so on. If this is the case, we will notify you and you will either be refunded or we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. Our customer service team is always on hand to help – please don’t hesitate to contact them should you need any advice.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Shipping costs are available to estimate both in your basket, and at the checkout. Please note that if you order from different galleries, the shipping price for each artwork will be added together and presented to you as a total amount as you proceed through the checkout process. You are responsible for these costs, which are calculated based on the shipping destination as well as the weight and size of your artwork.

Customs duties
Once your order reaches its destination, it may be subject to VAT or other custom fees. These charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for paying them. Please contact the customs officials in your country for more information about these charges.

There are no custom duties on artworks shipped within European Union member states (as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).
