We are delighted to be back with the 12th edition of Affordable Art Fair Stockholm, which will be held from Wednesday 2 – Sunday 6 October 2024 at Nacka Strandsmässan. Since 2012, Affordable Art Fair Stockholm has been a must-attend event in the Swedish art and social calendar.
The 12th edition of Affordable Art Fair Stockholm will showcase 1000s of contemporary artworks from over 60 hand-picked local and international galleries, as well as evening events such as the Vernissage, Art After Work and Art Late. Our Spotlight section is back again, with focus on how to decorate your home with art.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector, or looking for your first limited-edition print, the fair is the perfect place to learn more about art and refine your taste. So, mark your diary and prepare to discover new and exciting art from around the world!

A new episode of the Nordic Art Agency Podcast is now available featuring the Affordable Art Fair Stockholm Director Carl Wilhelm Hirsch.
Carl joins host & gallery founder Juliet Rees Nilsson on the podcast to discuss the fair and the forthcoming Affordable Art Fair Pop Up Fair in Malmö which will be held at the Nordic Art Agency. Cissi Carlson Starck from Galleri Final is also in conversation with Juliet discussing their forthcoming curation and collaboration at the Nordic Art Agency in Hansa.
This will be the first of it’s kind in Sweden and will feature artists from both Galleri Final and the Nordic Art Agency. It is a unique opportunity to experience the Affordable Art Fair in Malmö, so come and experience live painting, artist talks and an Art After Work.
The Pop Up Art Fair opens on April 19th and will run until April 28th.

Galleri Final will be showcasing photographs by the Norwegian artist Erlend Michael Sæverud as part of their exhibition. You will also find the following artists represented at the pop up; Marina Stenby, Larissa Stenlander, Carl Gustafsson, OLIW87, Tommy TC Carlsson, Barry Cawston, May Lindholm
Erlend Mikael Sæverud examines the streets through intense blacks, whites and splashes of color. He illustrate dramatic narratives that balance opposing forces like the past and present, dark and light, physical and psychic worlds, as well as truth and fiction. Erlend Mikael Sæverud’s fine art photography consist of spontaneous street photographs where the light steers the wanderer towards an unknown destination

Nordic Art Agency will be including a fabulous new gorilla painting by Swedish artist Per Ekros as part of their exhibition. You will also find the following artists represented at the pop up; Bea Sarrias (ES), Catherine Ludeau (FR), Frederic Blaimont (FR), Daisy Boman (BE), Hugh Chapman (UK), Erik Hårdstedt (SWE) and Jay Pingree (US).
Per Ekros was signed by Nordic Art Agency as a guest artist in 2023 & will be available on the night of the Art After Work to meet visitors and collectors to introduce his work.

Our #artworkoftheweek this week is `Loud, Confident & Mostly Wrong` by Bob and Eve, from @larabowen.contemporary.
Founded by textile artist Corinna Wilson, Bob and Eve`s name was created from the words `bobbin` and `weave,` referencing Corinna’s love for crafting art through textiles. 🪡
Bob and Eve’s vibrant work is crafted in Brighton, using a combination of hand-tufted and machine-based techniques to create unique textural pieces of art that are sure to bring a smile to your face. 🌈

WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH | CONNECTION TO LAND AND NATURE ⛰️
Coe Gallery are the UK`s first Aboriginal owned gallery dedicated to supporting Emerging and Established Aboriginal artists. They represents many female artists from different Aboriginal nations, believing in the importance of celebrating and uplifting their female-identifying artists who continue to keep their cultures alive by sharing their stories through their artwork.
