New galleries: Affordable Art Fair Amsterdam 2021

We are thrilled to be featuring so many new and exciting exhibitors at this year’s 15th edition of Affordable Art Fair Amsterdam (27 – 31 October 2021, de Kromhouthal). With artworks ranging from dazzling photographs to fascinating sculptures, vibrant paintings and beautiful abstract pieces, these galleries are sure to make an impression. LOCAL & NATIONAL

From international artists such as Santiago Borja and Hans Logren to painted portraits, fashion photography and amazing aerials. Founded in 2018 by Nicky Huisman, Art & Pictures is an online gallery where you can expect to find a wide array of artworks.

The Amsterdam-based gallery ART_020 represents a unique collection of curated art by artists who live and work in the Amsterdam area. Ensure to visit their stand to discover vibrant emerging as well as acclaimed artists. The gallery continue to create an international stage for Dutch contemporary art – catch them at international art fairs and exhibitions around Europe!

Love photography? Then Homecoming Gallery is the place for you. A crew of photographers, curators and interior lovers, they’ve come together to create an accessible platform, a destination for the next generation of collectors. Don’t miss their affordable, limited editions by rising star photographers, from all around the globe. You’ll soon have a diverse and exciting collection when shopping with them.

Smelik & Stokking Galleries in The Hague are celebrating their 50^th anniversary this year! Join them at stand A5 at the fair to find works by Dutch and international artists. Their focus is on figurative art and sculpture, and always present stunning pieces.

KochxBos Gallery was founded in 2005 and will astonish you with their surprising cutting-edge art. Their artists often consider views on who we are as human beings through portraits and figurative pieces. From searching the (un)conscious motives of human nature, to visual experiments.

Be blown away by the contemporary works of glass, art objects and abstract paintings from Gallery Broft – it’s their speciality! Catch them featuring local and national artists at stand D7 throughout the fair.

INTERNATIONAL

Discover an exciting selection of paintings all the way from Colombia, with Adrián Ibáñez Galería. They will be presenting an exciting array of artworks by Colombian artists during the fair, but they also exhibit artists from Mexico, Bolivia and elsewhere.

EVART is a nomad art space which showcases joyful art. Collaborating with a selection of artists, across France and Singapore, to help them participate in Art Fairs, in pop-up events or solo exhibitions. Think bold colours, abstract scenes and loads of texture.

Joining the fair from Luxembourg, Ruth Gallery represents African contemporary artists and artists from the African diaspora. Gallery owner Lova Ruth Cohen-Sizyandji, promotes art that reflects current developments in society and contemporary urban realities, from established artists to emerging young designers.

Brussels-based Art Unity Gallery represents a large selection of contemporary Belgian and international artists. Always happy to chat about their passion for art, check out their tips when you visit their stand.

German galleries Venet-Haus-Galerie and Galerie Hegemann will join forces during the 2021 fair. Bringing you a combination of pop art, street art, sculptures and more. The perfect place to find up-and-coming artists and see fresh ideas!

When it comes to breaking new ground, Neuland gallery are always on the lookout for exciting artists and experimental artworks. Joining the fair from Hamburg, you can find a selection of work by Valentina Andrees, Alla Grande, Irina Bugoslavska and Ivan Geijko. One not to miss!
