Since 2003, Morningside Gallery in Edinburgh has been a key player within Scotland’s thriving contemporary art scene, championing exceptional painting and ceramics that showcase both established and emerging Scottish artists.
Their exhibition program features regular solo showcases and curated group exhibitions, with a focus on dynamic and colourful gestural painting, alongside more observational and naturalistic painting styles. With work by recent graduates such as Ella Williams alongside more established names like Stephen Mangan, the gallery remains committed to identifying and supporting Scotlands next generation of artistic talent as well as the artists whose reputation and practice has developed over the decades.
