Stefanie Almqvist (@octopuzzyart) is 26 years old and originally from Stockholm but currently live in Umeå where she attends Umeå Academy of Arts.

“For me, it has felt difficult to find a place where I feel comfortable in the art world in Sweden and I felt it was time to take matters into my own hands, therefore I started the spring of 2023 FEARLESS Art Gallery. I feel that the art world needs more energy, community and joy. My goal is to organize innovative, varied and centrally located pop-up art exhibitions. I believe in bringing together artists from different art worlds, with different styles, experiences and ways of expression. I arrange art exhibitions that are inclusive instead of exclusive. My ambition is for art to be accessible to everyone.”
