Art Friend

Art Friend is a pop-up gallery that throws art jargon out the window and welcomes everyone through its doors. Founded in 2021 by female gallerist Shona Bland, it’s an inclusive, non-conventional space where art is accessible, inviting, and fun – no stuffy vibes. The gallery works with a variety of artists, nurturing emerging talent while also collaborating with more established names.

Showcasing diverse mediums, from original artworks and print editions to oil paintings and sculptures, Art Friend celebrates creativity in all its forms. Past exhibitions include ‘LeAF’ at Boxpark Shoreditch, five editions of ‘REJECTS’ in Bermondsey, Stoke Newington, and Notting Hill, ‘Housewarming’ in Stoke Newington, and ‘The Living Room’ at Bethnal Green, alongside appearances at numerous art fairs including the Affordable Art Fair.
