Affordable Art Fair Vienna returns to the MARX HALLE from 28 – 31 May 2026. To celebrate, we’re having a giveaway! Enter our competition to be in with a chance of winning one of the four following prizes:

Terms and Conditions

The name of the promotion is Affordable Art Fair Vienna Prize Draw (“the Promotion”).

The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion, along with any additional participation instructions stated elsewhere on the website (“the Website”). In the event of any discrepancies, these terms and conditions shall take precedence over all other information on the Website. By participating, you as a participant agree to these terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the organiser contacting you in connection with a prize. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the organiser using the contact details provided below.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by the organiser, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected in accordance with the procedure described below.

The prizes will be sent to the winners within 7 days of prize notification.

All personal data you submit, including email address, will be stored and securely processed by the organiser and, where applicable, by commissioned third parties in accordance with the privacy policy.

Eligible to participate are all persons resident in Austria who are at least 18 years old. Employees of the organiser, its agents, as well as persons or organisations connected with the Promotion, and their relatives or persons living in the same household, are excluded from participation.

The closing date for entries is 1 March 2026 at 11:59pm.

The four winners will be selected at random using a computer-based process or under the supervision of an independent person.

Participation does not guarantee a win.

There are four prizes:

• 2 x Vernissage tickets for Affordable Art Fair Vienna, including one glass of Prosecco each

The prizes are provided by Affordable Art Fair. The organiser reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary for reasons beyond its control.

Cash payment or exchange of prizes is not possible.

The organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time. The organiser is not liable for interruptions to the Promotion or for incomplete entries due to technical malfunctions or failures of hardware, software, networks, or servers, regardless of the cause.

To the extent permitted by law, the organiser accepts no liability for losses, damages, injuries, or deaths arising in connection with the use of the prize, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

The organiser’s decisions in all matters relating to the Promotion are final. Legal recourse is excluded.
