TICKETING
Is there a difference between purchasing tickets at the door and online?
General Entry tickets are $25/ticket (excluding Eventbrite booking fees) and may be bought online or at the door. We encourage you to purchase tickets early to enjoy an Advanced online discount, tickets can be purchased here.
Do children under 16 need a ticket?
Children under 16 are free to enter the fair with an accompanying adult who is an invitation or ticket-holder.
Can the Private View invitation be used to enter the other days of the fair?
Yes, you may reuse your Private View Invitation QR code throughout the whole duration of the fair, including Arty-Licious Evening hours.
Can theArty-Licious Evening invitation be used to enter the other days of the fair?
Yes, you may reuse your Arty-Licious Evening Invitation QR code throughout General Entry hours.
What is the Arty-Licious Evening?
Our Arty-Licious Evening is a charity night with lively music, art performances and activities. This evening is perfect for those looking to unwind from the working week in a relaxed and creative atmosphere. $2 from each Arty-Licious Evening ticket sold will go towards our Charity Partner, Singapore Cancer Society.
What activities do you have for children?
Throughout the duration of the fair, children can explore at our Children’s Art Studio, hosted by Art Wonderland. Children are encouraged to participate at the Fluorescent Puppet Workshop, or Shadow Puppet Mini Theatre. Find out more details on our What’s On page.
In addition, our Official Workshop Partner, Visual Art Centre, is also hosting a 90-minute live art competition for Children and Teenagers during the Affordable Art Fair, where participants are provided with the theme “Embracing Nature” and are challenged to create their own artwork. Register via their website here. Both Art Wonderland and Visual Art Centre is located at Level 3, Room E, Creative Hub.
Do you offer concession tickets?
Yes, we offer concession tickets at $12/ticket(excluding Eventbrite booking fees) for students with a valid student ID and seniors above the age of 60. Tickets may be bought online or at the door, and proof of identification will be asked to be presented upon entry.
I have a QR code, what do I do with it?
The QR code acts as your entry pass to the fair, simply present this at our Ticket Desk when you arrive.
Will my ticket allow me to re-enter the fair?
Yes, you may re-enter the fair unlimited times using the same QR code, so long as you are entering during a time or date that matches your ticket type.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 100% ticket refunds will only be issued in the case of fair cancellation or postponement. Refunds and exchanges due to other reasons are not available for this event.
Can I pay in cash?
We are a cashless company and do not accept cash. Please purchase your tickets in advance via the Eventbrite platform.
PARKING ENQUIRIES
Is there free parking?
Yes, free parking is available for everyone. However, spaces are subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
What is the closest carpark if parking is not available?
The multi-storey carpark is located at the Singapore Flyer.
LOCATION ENQUIRIES
What is the nearest MRT?
Promenade MRT is the nearest train station. From Promenade, head out via Exit A and head towards the Singapore Flyer until you see the pink banners to the left of the Flyer.
Is there any food available at the fair or nearby eateries?
A variety of light bites will be sold at the fair’s Gastropark and Café. There are convenience stores such as 7-11 at Promenade station and a range of restaurants at the Singapore Flyer.
Are there any landmarks nearby?
Yes, the F1 Pit Building is right next to the Singapore Flyer.
THE FAIR EXPERIENCE
Is the fair fully accessible?
Yes, Affordable Art Fair Singapore is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Is the space wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, lifts at the F1 Pit Building provide access to every floor, and handicapped washrooms and parking lots are available too. If you require special assistance, feel free to ask for help at the Ticket Desk.
Can I buy and take art home on the same day?
Yes, please head to the wrapping desk in the Entrance Hall to enquire about deliveries. Alternatively, you can ask the gallery if they provide such a service for you. To make the process as smooth as possible, sold artworks at the fair are entitled to complimentary professional wrapping services by our Official Shipping Partner, DSV Fairs and Events Singapore.
Will I be photographed or filmed during my visit?
Yes, photography and filming takes place at all Affordable Art Fair events. It is common practice and helps us to inspire future visitors to discover the joy of collecting art. For more information on our Photography and Filming policy, click here.
Will the café / restaurant be open?
Yes, our Gastropark and café will be open, serving a range of delicious food and drink to help fuel your art search.
Will you have wifi on-site?
No, there is no public wifi provided.
Are you operating a cloakroom?
No, we do not have a cloak room or storage for visitors.
Will fair guides and maps be available?
Yes, printed fair guides and maps will be available on-site. Feel free to download our e-catalogue and digital fair guide to plan your visit in advance as well.
Are there public washrooms?
Yes, washrooms are available on Level 2 and 3 of the F1 Pit Building.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors and the balconies. Visitors can smoke outside the building but do avoid littering and dispose your cigarettes in dustbins or ashtrays.

Please go to the Info Desks on Level 2 and 3 at the Entrance Hall for help.
Are pets allowed at the fair?
Unfortunately, furry friends are not allowed to accompany your visit to the fair.
