East Heath Road (opposite Downshire Hill)
London NW3 1TH


Hampstead station on the Northern line is the closest tube stop. Free shuttle buses leave from this station every 15 minutes just outside, look out for the AAF bus stops. Alternatively it is a 10 minute stroll through the quaint streets of Hampstead village in an easterly direction.

The shuttle bus will be running throughout the fair, including the Private View and Late View.


Bus routes C11, 24, 46 and 168 stop at South End Green.


Hampstead Heath overground station is a 5 minute walk up East Heath Road, just turn right after exiting the station.


New for 2019: As part of our continued efforts to reduce our environmental impact we are encouraging as many visitors as possible to use public transport and our complimentary shuttle buses from Hampstead underground station. For those who choose to drive, there will be limited paid parking onsite at the fair and the rates can be found below. There will be a shuttle service from the East Heath car park to the entrance for those with reduced mobility.

Parking is very limited near the venue and roads can become extremely congested. The location is served by excellent transport links and there is a drop off/pick up point near the entrance to the marquee. Please travel by public transport where at all possible.

Concessionary tickets are available for over 60s, full time students, and those in receipt of jobseekers allowance or income support. Please bring proof of concessionary status with you to the fair.

Is the fair fully accessible?

The Affordable Art Fair Hampstead is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Are dogs allowed at the fair?

We are happy for well-behaved dogs on leads to come along and enjoy the artwork!

Do you offer a wrapping service?

We offer a free on-site wrapping service for all your purchased artworks.

Will there be somewhere to store coats, baggage etc.?

We do have a cloakroom onsite for oversized objects, though kindly request that visitors do not bring luggage, such as suitcases, to the fair.

How can I retrieve lost fair tickets?

If you can’t find the email containing your tickets, you can re-download them on this page by entering your details. If you don’t know your reference number, just enter your email address in the box below and you will get another email.
