New for 2019, we’ve joined forces with Balance, the go-to for inspiration on how to live well, to create the ReBalance Room – a space dedicated to discovering the art of wellbeing at our Hampstead fair.
Immerse yourself in a co-curated showcase of calming and energising artworks, daily breathwork and yoga sessions, and talks exploring the link between art and wellbeing. Whether it’s invigorating exercise that takes your fancy, or perhaps a blissful breathwork routine, we’re sure you’ll find your inner creative inspiration and get into the perfect frame of mind to enjoy the fair.
Book in advance to ensure your spot in one of our expert-led breathwork or yoga classes and enjoy entry to the fair included in your ticket price.

Join Hannah for an energetic, fun and creative yoga class that will activate both strength of body and mind. Get ready to feel connected to yourself, at peace and completely alive. The flow will focus on playing with mindful movement to help quieten your mind and put a smile on your face. All levels are welcome to this energising class where you will leave feeling balanced, strong and lifted high for the rest of your day.
Hannah is a leading London-based yoga instructor with a passion for helping people to transform their lives through yoga. Enabling her students to find their strength and develop their own self practice, Hannah breaks down complex poses to make them fun and accessible to all. Hannah has most recently released her first eBook Strength Through Yoga with co-author and top physiotherapist Finola Burrell. The eBook is evidence based, recommended by medical experts and takes new mothers through a safe and effective journey to restore their strength through yoga, while supporting them in both their body and mind. It’s Hannah’s mission to share the power of yoga with as many people as possible.

Is it possible to achieve the same blissful states of no-mind, no-where and no-time that dedicated meditators take many years to achieve with just a few minutes of breathing? The way we breathe is linked to every single system in the body, therefore we can use it to make instant changes in our physiology and change the way we think and feel. In this session, Richie will lead you through a series of breathing flows that will turn down the volume of your thoughts in a way like you’ve never experienced and leave you on a natural high with a sense of peace, clarity and blissful energy that you may have never experienced in your life. It’s out of this world!
Richie, or “The Breath Guy”, is a coach, author, speaker and Breathwork evangelist. It is his mission to spread the life changing possibilities of Breathwork to the world.
Breathing is the only system in the body that is both automatic and also under our control. That is not an accident of nature - it is be design and is the key to becoming a healthy, happy and high-performing individual. Richie's own experiences with Breathwork have completely shifted his own life and beliefs on the potential of human beings. Having traveled around the world learning from many of the modern-day masters of Breathwork, it is now his mission to share this powerful work with the world.
Yoga and Breathwork: These sessions will take place in our ReBalance Room inside the fair entrance. Please allow time to change or come ready to relax in something soft and stretchy that allows free movement. All mats and other props will be provided but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. There is storage for personal belongings inside the ReBalance Room. Classes will last approx. 30 minutes, after which you can enjoy the rest of the fair at your leisure, including healthy food and drinks in the cafe.
