We’re committed to making our fairs as safe as possible for our visitors, exhibitors and staff. We aim to deliver a fun and inspiring, art-filled experience, while maintaining safety measures in line with the latest guidance on COVID-19 and indoor gatherings.
Please be aware these policies may be subject to change in line with UK government restrictions, so please make sure to check back before your visit.
Our safe fair policies
To make our fairs a safe event for everyone, we’re implementing the following safety measures:
1. Timed tickets
All visitors, including children under 16, will need a timed ticket to enter the fair, which must be booked online in advance. Bookable time-slots help us to manage the flow of visitors through the fair to allow for a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Check out our extended opening hours here.
2. Health and Safety measures
To help keep visitors, exhibitors and staff safe:
○ We advise all visitors to wear a face covering
○ Keep a respectful distance from other visitors
○ Use our hand sanitising stations, located frequently throughout the fair
○ We have enhanced cleaning in place for the restrooms, cafés and bar and other high use areas
3. Card only payments
To minimise contact, we will only be accepting card and contactless payments throughout the fair.
4. More space for everyone
We’ve implemented wider aisles to give everyone more space. These measures are in place to help with safe distancing, while allowing visitors to enjoy the fair and all the stunning artworks at their own pace.
