— This prize draw is run by Affordable Art Fair on behalf of our Lead Partner, JM Finn and art’otel London Battersea Power Station. Employees of Affordable Art Fair, JM Finn and art’otel are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Entrants in the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
— The prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over at time of entry. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw which will close at midnight 22 May 2024 and a winner contacted by 26 May 2024. Entries received after midnight on Monday 22 May 2024 will not be entered into the prize draw.
– No purchase necessary.
– The prize of one night’s stay for two in a premium category room, is provided courtesy of art’otel London Battersea Power Station. A winner will be contacted by a representative of art’otel to make the arrangement to redeem their prize.
– Prize: The Winner will receive 1 x One night stay in a premium category room at art’otel London Battersea Power Station for two (the “Prize”) For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize for the Promotion as described in this paragraph will only be awarded to one Winner.
– The Prize is subject to availability and valid until 15 January 2025. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Blackout dates at the hotel may also apply. Any extras not specified within these terms and conditions shall be paid for by guests.
– Affordable Art Fair, JM Finn and art’otel accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. The prize is non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
– Only one entry will be counted per person. There will be only one winner.
– By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in accordance with Affordable Art Fair’s privacy policy.
– If you are announced as the winner, you acknowledge that we will share your surname with anyone that requests this information, unless you request in writing that we do not share this information.
