• This prize draw is run by Affordable Art Fair on behalf of Lime Tree Hotel. Employees of Affordable Art Fair and Lime Tree Hotel are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over at time of entry. Only fully completed entries will be eligible. The prize draw will close at midnight on 26 May 2026 and a winner will be contacted by 5 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be entered.

• Prize: The winner will receive 1 x night’s stay for two people in a Generous Double room at Lime Tree Hotel, on a B&B basis. For the avoidance of doubt, only one winner will be selected. The prize includes: One night’s stay for two in a Generous Double room, and complimentary breakfast the next day.
• Bookable Sunday–Thursday only, subject to availability. Excludes all UK public holidays and the Christmas period (24 December – 2 January). Must be redeemed within one year of the competition closing date. The prize does not include insurance, transport, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
• Affordable Art Fair and Lime Tree Hotel accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be resold or extended, and there is no cash or alternative prize. Any extras not specified within these terms shall be paid for by guests.
