– This prize draw is run by Affordable Art Fair on behalf of our Lead Partner, AJ Bell Money Matters and Artist Residence Hotels. Employees of Affordable Art Fair, AJ Bell Money Matters and Artist Residence are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Entrants in the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
– The prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over at time of entry. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw which will close at midnight 23 May 2025 and a winner contacted by 30 May 2025. Entries received after midnight on Friday 23 May 2025 will not be entered into the prize draw.
– No purchase necessary.
– Prize: The Winner will receive 1 x night stay in a premium category room at Artist Residence London for two people sharing (the “Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize for the Promotion as described in this paragraph will only be awarded to one Winner. The Prize includes:
– One night’s stay for two people in the Grand Suite, Club Suite or The Loft.
– Complimentary artisan cocktails at Clarendon Cocktail Cellar, the hotel’s secret hidden bar.
– Dinner for two at The Cambridge Street Kitchen, including welcome aperitifs and sommelier chosen wine. Dinner includes 3 courses from the a la carte menu, non-alcoholic drink options are also available.
– Complimentary breakfast the next day.
– Affordable Art Fair, AJ Bell Money Matters and Artist Residence accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. The prize is non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
– The Prize is subject to availability and valid for midweek stays on Sunday to Thursday only (excludes weekends). Excludes Chelsea Flower Show, the months of June and July, Friday 5th September to Thursday 23rd October and Public and Bank Holidays.
– The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Any extras not specified within these terms and conditions shall be paid for by guests.
– Affordable Art Fair, AJ Bell Money Matters and Artist Residence accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. – Only one entry will be counted per person. There will be only one winner.
