- This prize draw is run by Affordable Art Fair on behalf of Partner, Lightfoot Travel. Employees of Affordable Art Fair, Lightfoot Travel or Heckfield Place not eligible to enter the prize draw. Entrants in the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- The prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over at time of entry. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw which will close at midnight 25 March 2025 and a winner contacted by 1 April 2025. Entries received after midnight on 25 March 2025 will not be entered into the prize draw.

- The Prize can be redeemed for stays from Sunday to Thursday only.

- Affordable Art Fair, Lightfoot Travel or Heckfield Place accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
