Will there be a cloakroom to store baggage, coats etc at the fair?
Yes, a cloakroom is available at the entrance to the fair. The price is €2 per item and card payments are preferred.
Does the fair offer a free on-site wrapping service for purchased artworks?
Yes, our partner Walls to Walls Art Solutions will be offering a free on-site wrapping service for all your purchased artworks. They also provide a delivery service at a cost.
You can also opt for sustainable, reusable packing provided by Biyomap at a cost.
Is Affordable Art Fair fully accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Affordable Art Fair Brussels is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. We also have a wheelchair available on site.
Are dogs allowed at the fair?
Yes, well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome to come and enjoy the art on show.
What are the best ways to get the fair? Is parking available at the fair?
Bus
The nearest bus stops are Tour & Taxis, Suzan Daniel and Picard: bus numbers 14, 20, 57, 86 and 88.
Tram
51: Stop Sainctelette (10 minute walk)
Metro
Metro 2 or 6: Stop Ribaucourt (10 minute walk), stop Yser (15 minute walk)
Train
The nearest train station is Gare du Nord (North Station, 15 minute walk)
Bike
Several bike parking spaces are available around the entrance of the fair
Car

Will fair guides and maps be available?
Yes, there will be a printed fair guide and map available to pick up onsite.
Is there catering at the fair? Can I have lunch or dinner at the fair?
Yes absolutely, we have different restaurant stands on-site with lots of delicious options so you can refresh and refuel at the fair. There will be dim sums and baos from Dim’s, burgers from Burger Gate, pasta by Dolce Napolitani and sandwiches, salads and smoothies by BON.
Will the restrooms be open?
Yes, our restrooms will be open and we will be operating enhanced cleaning and providing hand sanitiser.
I saw a piece of art / an artist I liked at the fair, how can I find out who it / they were?
Fantastic! Please send us an email and send us as much detail as you can – if possible, describe the artwork colour, size, style (abstract, still life etc.), medium (painting, photograph, sculpture etc.), gallery name or the approximate location of the gallery. If you have a photo of the artwork please attach it to the email as this will speed up the process.
Will I be photographed or filmed during my visit?
Photography or filming takes place at all Affordable Art Fair events. It is common practice and helps us to inspire future visitors to discover the joy of collecting art. For more information on our Photography and Filming policy, click here.

What are the opening hours?
Wednesday 5 February, Vernissage, 17:00 – 22:00*
Thursday 6February, 14:00 – 21:30*
Friday 7 February, 12:00 – 21:30*
Saturday 8February, 10:30 – 19:00
Sunday 9 February, 10:30 – 18:00
*The fair’s restaurant and bar are open until 22:30
Do children under 16 need a ticket?
Yes, children 16 and younger also need a ticket to enter. The ticket for under 16 year old’s is free.
Can I buy a concession ticket?
Yes, there are discounted tickets available. Concession tickets are available for full time students, and those in receipt of jobseekers allowance or income support. Please bring proof of concession status with you to the fair.
Is my ticket refundable?
No, unfortunately tickets to the fair are not refundable.
How can I retrieve lost tickets for Affordable Art Fair?
Search your inbox for an email from “See Tickets” with a PDF attachment – don’t forget to check your junk folder. To contact customer services or resend a mislaid ticket please click here. You can print your ticket and bring it to the fair or show it on your smartphone.
