Yes, Tour & Taxis is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. We also have a wheelchair available on site.

You can change your weekday ticket to a weekend ticket by paying an additional supplement. Just follow these steps:
- Visit the customer service portal and fill in your email address and booking number (9-digit code found in your confirmation email from SeeTickets)
- You’ll automatically receive an email with your booking details.
- Click ‘View Order Details’ in the email, then select ‘Change Your Tickets’.
- Pay the difference, and your weekend tickets will be sent to you by email.
There is no need to change a weekend ticket to a weekday ticket. However, we cannot refund the difference.

Yes, we have a cloakroom service to store your belongings before exploring the fair. The price is €2 per item. While we try our utmost to ensure their safekeeping, personal possessions are left at the owner’s risk.

Yes, well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome! However, please note weekends can be particularly busy and some dogs may find the environment stressful. Please be mindful of other visitors and of course, our lovely artworks!
