@christine.colon2018 presents a duo-exhibition featuring works by Malgorzata Paszko and Axel Cassel.
Malgorzat’s paintings reflect the architecture and sacred beauty she encountered during her travels in Uzbekistan. Axel`s sculptures, made from wood, clay, plaster, and metal, offer contemplative, often vessel-like forms. 🏙️

Looking back at our partnership with @volvocarbelux in collaboration with Belgian singer-songwriter and visual artist @clairelaffut.
For this special project, Claire was invited to transform a very personal family story into a custom design for the Volvo EX30. ✨️
Claire`s inspiration for this project stemmed from a tragic event: the loss of her grandmother Claire, who died in a car accident 50 years ago. This event left a lasting impression on her family and made Claire reflect on what their bond would have been like if her grandmother were alive today. This led to a deeper reflection on what modern car safety, such as Volvo`s, could have meant for them.

A solo exhibition by artist Nathan Haddad is currently on view at Frock Gallery until this Friday 28 March.
Nathan’s creative process can be summarized as a search for simple solutions to complex problems. He usually works with a limited palette of one, two, or three colors at most. Moving paint around is only the starting point, followed by diverse techniques ranging from paper collage to sewing with needle and thread. The final result is unique and intriguing, yet cohesive in their shared monoprint aesthetic and colour palette.

"During the last Amsterdam fair, the acrylic and charcoal line portraits/silhouettes on Nepalese paper by Maja Krstic, presented by @newhouse.gallery, directly caught my eye. The mixed techniques and the super thin handmade paper makes her artworks really special. I could day dream in front of them for hours.
Newhouse Gallery represents a bunch of amazing female artists. Each of them have their own unique style and the works really complement each other at the fair."
