Private View
The All-Access Pass ticket grants you exclusive access to the Private View, a first look at all the available artworks during the buzzing opening event. It’s perfect for those who want early access to explore and purchase art, as well as a vibrant, creative atmosphere.
Friday day time
Friday between 12pm – 5pm tends to be a quieter time to visit.
For those who value a quieter art fair environment, Friday daytime is the optimum time to visit. It’s also a great time for those with mobility challenges and parents with babies to join us.
Art after dark
Where art meets a buzzing social scene.
Enjoy an evening of art, music, and a complimentary drink with Art After Hours evenings on Friday and Saturday, 5 – 8pm.
Art After Hours programming is perfect for those looking to unwind in a buzzy atmosphere after work with art and drinks, whether you’re with friends, a partner, or on your own.
Weekend day time
Our weekend days tend to be busier.
Morning: Perfect for anyone looking to kick-start their weekend with immersion in an art environment. While anyone is welcome to visit in the mornings, this is also when our Family Hours take place (more below).
Afternoon: A fun way to spend a weekend afternoon. There’ll be a great atmosphere at Palmer Events Center, with the walls refreshed every morning with new work to explore.
On Sunday, we’ll have an exclusive tour of the Affordable Art Fair Austin at 2pm, hosted by our esteemed Fair Director, Cori Teague. This guided tour offers a unique opportunity to gain insider insights into the fair’s curated selection of contemporary artworks. Cori will share her expertise and highlight key pieces, emerging artists, and the latest trends in the art world. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or a seasoned collector, this tour promises to enrich your fair experience.
Family hours
The best time to visit for families with young kids and strollers
Fun activities for kids and captivating art exploration awaits your family on weekend morning Family Hours, 11am – 1pm. During this time, your little ones can discover art, participate in some fun activities, and come along with you as you shop for art with the whole family.

Get your re-entry ticket from any of our exhibitors or at our info point in order to revisit the fair until our doors close on Sunday.
