Creating a safe fair

Top things to know

Timed entry1. Book a timed ticket
All visitors, including children, partners, and VIPs will need to book a timeslot to enter the fair. This must be booked online in advance.

One-way flow2. Follow the queuing system and one-way flow
When you arrive at the fair, you will find a clearly marked queuing system to enter, and guided one-way route around the stands at the fair. These guidelines are in place to help with safe and social distancing, while allowing you to enjoy the fair at your own pace.

Card payments3. Card payments only
To help with health and safety, we will only be accepting card and contactless payments throughout the fair.

Health and safety4. Health and Safety measures
To help keep you safe, we’re following protocols laid out by the local gemeente. From providing hand-sanitizer stations to increased cleaning in toilets and other high use areas; you can be confident that the fair is a safe environment.

Timed tickets

Have the opening hours changed?
Yes, we have extended hours to enable social distancing.

Why do I need to book a timeslot?
So that we can monitor the number of people in the fair and offer a safe, socially distanced experience to visitors.

How do timed tickets work?
○ Choose best date and time to suit you when purchasing your ticket.
○ You will receive your digital ticket by email. These can be added to an e-wallet, left as a PDF email attachment, or printed.
○ Complete your digital health check-in before arriving at the fair. You will receive this via email around 24hours before your timeslot at the fair.
○ Arrive during the time slot shown on your ticket. NB. This timeslot only limits your arrival time, not the duration of your visit to the fair.
○ Show your ticket on arrival – either printed or on your phone, this will be scanned by our staff at the entry.
○ Please be aware that you may also be asked to verify your completion of your health survey and be directed to a temperature scanner.

How far in advance do I need to buy tickets?
With limited capacity, in order to secure the date / time you want, we suggest you book your tickets as soon as possible.

Do children under 16 need a ticket?

Can I buy a concession ticket?
Yes, but you will be asked to show proof of your concession status on arrival at the fair.

Can I buy a ticket in person on the day?

Will my ticket allow me to re-enter the fair?
No, unfortunately, this will not be possible due to the need to manage event capacity. To re-enter the fair safely, you will need to register a new timed entry ticket at the Information Desk or online after your visit.

Can I change my ticket date or time after purchasing it?
See below, ‘Can I get a refund on my ticket?'.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, at our discretion, we may be able exchange some tickets, providing we have availability. We are not able to exchange tickets which are valid for past dates or time slots.

My plans have changed and I no longer need my free ticket. What should I do?
Please cancel your ticket or let us know if you cannot attend, so that we can make your space available for someone else.
