GREGOS grew up in the Northan suburbs of Paris (Gonesse, Villiers le Bel) and is a self-taught street artist. GREGOS began his creative journey with Graffiti painting during the late 80s, early 90s. After spending two years in Athens he started to experiment with sculpting and modelling techniques in 2003 Gregos also begins to experiment with acrylic and oil paintings.
It was when GREGOS moved back to Paris that he returned to his first love, street art. It is then that he begins to combine all the skills he had previously taught himself. He invents his own 3D concept and creates a replicate of his face, with different humours, that he paints and glues on the walls of Paris. GREGOS sees each of these faces as a self-portrait of the day to express his humour, his past, present, and future, everything that makes him.. him. As of today, there are more than 1000 faces installed, in Paris mostly, but also in other towns of France and of the world
