Dede Johnston's work is influenced by here passion snow-laden alpine landscapes that she became passionate about during here upbring in Vermont. She achieved a degree in Art History at Middlebury College in Vermont. After developing a career in decorative arts she studied photography at The Black and White School of Photography in London that has shaped her photography practice.
Dede has a number of solo and group exhibitions such as Courchevel Photographs, Six Senses in France, 2017 and Formes et Utopie at Megeve, France, 2018. here photographic work has also been used in a number of publications such as LensCulture and Porter Magazine. In March 2018 her 'Iceberg' photograph was selected by the New York Times illustrate their article ‘23 Art Exhibitions to View in NYC this weekend’
