The following menu is a list of ideas for how you can make the most out of the Affordable Art Fair Singapore!

All packages are tailor made so please contact us with your requirements.

1. Private View Reception Package
Affordable Art Fair Singapore offers an opportunity for you to host a networking event to invite clients for a champagne reception to launch the third Affordable Art Fair in Singapore. The Private View is an exclusive event for important collectors and partners offering them the first chance to view and buy the art. The Private View Reception will take place in an exclusive reception area offering champagnes and canapés. An introduction of the Fair will be given by the Fair Director to welcome your clients.

Date: 14 November Wednesday

Time: 7pm – 9pm

Venue: Lounge, F1 Pit Building

Number of people: min booking of 10 pax.

Cost: $180 +GST per person

Programmes: 2 hours of drinks + canapés + networking + welcome note in Lounge

2. Arty-Licious Evening Reception Package
Friday night at Affordable Art Fair Singapore! A second opportunity for your company to invite clients for drinks and at the same time raise funds to support the Arts. Arty-Licious Evening is a festival of art, completed with music and Art performances. In association with Harper’s BAZAAR, this is a fundraising evening and part of the proceeds from tickets will go towards local art organisations. The Arty-Licious Evening Reception will take place in an exclusive reception area offering champagnes and canapés. An introduction of the Fair will be given by the Fair Director to welcome your clients.

Date: 16 November Friday

Time: 7pm – 9pm

Venue: Lounge, F1 Pit Building

Number of people: min booking of 10 pax.

Cost: $160 + GST per person

Programmes: 2 hours of drinks + canapés + networking + welcome note in Lounge

3. Arts Brunch Package
Before the Fair opens, Affordable Art Fair Singapore offers the opportunity to invite your clients and/or employees for a brunch in the Affordable Art Fair Lounge. The brunch will include a lecture by a guest speaker (eg. Art Equity expert, a panel of artists) to talk about starting an art collection or a topic of interest, followed by a tour of the Fair by the Fair Director. The session ends with champagne and canapés at the Lounge. In 2011, The Young Presidents’ Organisation took this opportunity to do a “Family Brunch” at the Fair.

Dates: 15 November Thursday; 16 November Friday; 17 November Saturday; 18 November Sunday

Time: 11.30 – 14.30 per session

Venue: Lounge, F1 Pit Building

Number of people: min booking of 10 pax/ max 60 pax per session

Cost: $150 + GST per person

Programmes: 1 hour of brunch + 30 mins tour + 30 mins lecture

4. Tailor Made Packages
The following activities are examples of what can be included in packages, all you have to do is just let us know what you like and we will plan something with you. We have some ‘Roll up your Sleeves’ packages which provide a great opportunity to make your own original work of art and chill out. Learn the process behind making each piece of art as a group – a great team building activity. You can even bring your children and make this your family day out!

Printmaking Workshop: Learn all about printmaking – roll up your sleeves and make your own print masterpiece with Affordable Art Fair resident printmaker Marisa Keller from the Art & Printmaking Studio.

Art Jamming Workshop: Art Jamming at Affordable Art Fair! Singapore-based artist Astrid Dahl will lead you and your colleagues through a painting session – don’t forget to take your masterpiece home with you to turn your wall into a work of art!

Life Drawing Workshop: A unique chance to learn how to draw the human form with all its quirks – beauty spots and all! These guys will take you through a 15 minute tutorial of drawing people and then guide you through drawing techniques using different media from pencil to pen and ink, charcoal and pastel. Take away your own Mona Lisa smile.

Art and Investment Personalised Talk: Art Equity, our education partner, to offer a personalised talk on topics such as “Art and Investment” or “ How to build an art collection” followed by a personalised tour of the art fair.

Duration: 1 hour

Venue: F1 Pit Building

Number of people: min booking of 10 pax/ maximum of 30 – 40 pax per session.

All activities can include Food and Beverage such as brunch, afternoon tea or even champagne and canapés.

Cost: $60 for adults/ $30 for children below 12 years
