Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £25, £50 and £100.
How do I purchase AAF gift vouchers?
Vouchers can be purchased in person from the Affordable Art Fair head office in Putney, or by telephone, on 020 8246 4848 . Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit card. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted but these carry a 1.5% surcharge
How will my vouchers be delivered?
Next working day delivery is available on all amounts ordered and costs £6.75. Please note that orders must be received by 12 noon to guarantee next day delivery. Vouchers are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured for the value of the vouchers sent. A signature is required in order for delivery to be made. If no-one is available to sign, then the postman will leave a card informing the intended recipient that an attempted delivery was made.
Vouchers with a value of £100 or less can also be posted on a Recorded Signed For first class option through the Royal Mail at a cost of £1.60. However, this is NOT insured against loss and vouchers cannot be cancelled, reissued or refunded if they go missing in the post. Affordable Art Fair cannot accept any responsibility if this option is chosen.
Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified within three days of delivery on 020 8246 4848 as after this Affordable Art Fair cannot accept responsibility for shortage or loss.
How does the voucher redemption work?
Vouchers can be redeemed at any UK Affordable Art Fairs, as full or part payment of chosen artwork only. Currently the UK fairs take place in London in March, June and October, and in Bristol in September. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, but may be exchanged for artwork of greater value than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
All Affordable Art Fair exhibitors are instructed to accept the vouchers as payment/part payment for artwork being sold at the fair. Once a selection is made the holder of the vouchers needs to go to the Information Desk at the fair with the gallery owner and details of the chosen piece/s. All the information will be logged and the customer given a receipt by the gallery. Affordable Art Fair will reimburse the gallery through the agreed method.
If the full value of the voucher is not used, no cash change will be given. If the customer holds a voucher for £100 and spends £80, they will be given a Gift Voucher Credit of £20 to spend at future fairs.
There is no time limit on the vouchers.
